Welcome to Tyra Summit Unit A3A! This three bedroom, three bathroom, ski in/out condo is conveniently located on the 4 O’clock ski run. This top floor condo which sleeps 8 is ideal for a family or group that would enjoys the benefits of skiing directly up to their condo complex. After your day on the hill you can relax in the complex’s indoor or outdoor hot tub, which also has a indoor swimming pool. Breckenridge Main Street is 1 mile down the road, and can be accessed by a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. You may walk down the road or you can stroll down the 4 O’clock ski run. A free town shuttle is located about a 1/3 of a mile down the road at the corner of Kings Crown and Four O’clock, right next to the Snowflake ski lift.

As you arrive on the first floor, the vaulted ceilings and open kitchen with granite counter tops provide a great place to cook your meals while entertaining family and friends. The dining table comfortably accommodates 8. A gas fireplace is located next to swivel mounted 46” TV, including cable and a DVD player. The living area has three leather recliners, as well as a leather couch, to unwind in after a long day on the slopes. On the main floor, you will also find two guest bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left has a queen sized bed, large closet, and a wall mounted TV/VHS combo player. A 3/4 bathroom is located directly across the hallway. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, its own full bathroom and a wall mounted 32” TV. Next to the refrigerator in the kitchen on the left you will find a stackable washer and dryer.

On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom and loft area. In the large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings there is a king size memory foam mattress and a wall mounted 32” TV. A desk space and walk in closet complete the master bedroom. A private full master bathroom has walk in shower with dual heads, as well as a steam shower. In the loft area there is a set of twin size bunk beds and a love seat that overlooks the downstairs living space.

In the Tyra Condominium Complex you will find covered parking for 1 car. An elevator is located on the east side of the building to take you to the top floor after your day on the mountain. Lockable ski storage is located just outside the unit’s front door.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the condo, the second half is due 30 days prior to Arrival; we will automatically process your final payment with the credit card on file. Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am.

We had two families at this Gem and it was fantastic! We loved every bit of the condo and hope to stay there again sometime. After coming to Breck the past 15 years at least once a year, I can say this is a prime piece of real estate.

The property was as described and plenty of space for 3 couples and had extra beds. Master and master bath very very nice. True ski in ski out and the elevator down to the slope is right out the front door. Kitchen was great for cooking and a walk to town down the ski run out back was super short and easy to get to town. The parking garage was also a very nice amenity. Top floor end unit so did not have any issues with noise from neighbors. Overall great unit and owner was very easy to deal with from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again in Breckenridge and reccomend to anyone looking for ski in ski out access without breaking the bank.

We rented Jenna's Gem for our annual Christmas ski trip & this cozy condo was perfect for us, 6 adults & 2 children. <br/>Take off out the back of the condo on the 4 O'Clock run over to the Snowflake lift (you will have to take off your ski's/snowboard to cross over the road, but super-super easy) then off you go up the mountain for the day. Returning back to the Condo on the 4 O'Clock run made it simple at the end of the day on the mountain.<br/>The open kitchen, dining & living space was great for cooking, playing games and watching TV with plenty of room for enough seating throughout the areas.<br/>The condo was very clean upon arrival and they were able to accommodate our requests for the children ahead of time: pack-n-play & booster chair. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and TV's in every room.<br/>I would recommend this condo & we were extremely pleased with Andy from Alpine Lodging. He was thorough and a pleasure to do business with.

This was a beautiful condo. The kitchen is really well stocked. The management was very easy to work with.<br/>The only think that would make this place better is if there were a storage locker for ski equipment downstairs.

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. A marvelous view of the 4-o'clock run at Breck; however, the run wasn't groomed on any of the days we were there. In fact, the run was closed and we were rebels going under the rope to get back to the condo. So, ski-in/ski-out was a problem. Otherwise, everything was great - just what we wanted and were looking for. Would definitely book again.

The condo was great. Very clean. Just what we expected. However, had trouble with the management company. I had to contact them twice to receive our check-in information - finally receiving it the day before we were to arrived. There was not a parking pass in the condo binder like the instructions said there would be and when I contacted Alpine Edge - he said if it's a problem then he'd bring me one. We were there five days and he never brought one. And the pool code was wrong that was listed in the binder and had been wrong the previous month as well (could tell by correction in binder). We were able to get the correct code after we contacted Alpine Edge. After the visit, I had to email Alpine Edge twice with my concerns about their management, finally receiving a response from a new director of sales. He apologized and offered me a discount on my next stay. I was disappointed in that since it was the stay in July 2016 that I had several issues with. Would not stay here again as long as managed by Alpine Edge.

We recently stayed in Jenna's Gem when we gathered in Breckenridge for vacation. We found the unit to be very spacious, clean, comfortable, updated and convenient. The furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It was nice to step out the sliding door onto the small balcony and gaze upon the beauty of the visible slopes. One morning, two of party walked out of our unit and onto the Four O'clock ski run and proceeded to walk up to the summit of Peak 8. Pretty incredible location. We also found it convenient to walk the short distance down to the town of Breckenridge to enjoy all it has to offer. In short, we couldn't have been more happy with our accommodations and if we ever find ourselves planning another trip to Breckenridge, we would definitely return to Jenna's Gem.

Ski in ski out location right on 4 o'clock run. Perfect accommodations for adults and kids. Only issue we had was the property manager not responding to requests for information. Other than that, it was great.

We stayed at this condo 21-24 Feb 2016 in order to enjoy a few days on the mountain after a wedding in Colorado Springs. The experience was great. The process of renting was extremely easy and convenient. Arrival and departure were also very easy and issue free. Advertisement was fine, it is a true ski in/ski out location with a nice hot tub and parking garage. If you are looking for a place to stay while spending the majority of your time on the mountain, Jenna's Gem is the place to be.<br/><br/><br/>

Jenna's Gem is an amazing unit and exceeded our expectations! This unit is located directly on the Four O'clock run. You can see skiers pass by through the rear sliding glass doors. It has true ski in / ski out access and covered parking in the parking garage. The unit has all the amenities you could want and was truly an awesome unit! We will be reserving this unit again the next time we visit Breck. The property management company, Alpine Edge, was awesome as well. Thank you Jenna for sharing your home with us!
